Getting Started
We're excited that you're considering Washington State College of Ohio. We work hard to guide all of our students through the enrollment process...which all starts with admissions! Washington State is an open-enrollment institution which means that we don’t require specific test scores or GPAs for you to be admitted to the College. To enroll, you must fill out the online application for admissions and submit an official high school transcript or high school equivalency (such as a GED). If you're considering one of our Health Sciences programs, you will need to meet the additional requirements specific to each program. Learn more here.
Priority Application Deadlines
While WSCO does not have an official application deadline, we encourage students to complete the application by the priority deadlines for the appropriate semesters to ensure that they have ample time to test (if applicable) and complete their financial aid before the semester begins. Applications will be accepted after the deadlines for admissions, but it does limit the amount of time students may have to complete the enrollment process.
Semester | Typical Run Time | Priority Deadline |
---|---|---|
Fall Semester | August - December | July 1st |
Winter Intersession | December - January (4 weeks) | December 1st |
Spring Semester | January - May | November 1st |
Summer Semester | June - August | May 1st |
