How can I participate?
The ceremony is open to registered participants and their guests only. Graduates received an email that included a link to RSVP for the ceremony. The deadline to RSVP is Friday, April 2.
Four guest tickets are available per graduate and will be distributed based on commencement registration.
Health and Safety
All graduates, guests, and employees are required to wear a face mask or shield at all stages of the ceremony and observe social distancing protocols.
Caps and Gowns
Caps, Gowns, and Announcements will be available in the Barnes and Noble bookstore. To ensure the best fit, reserve your cap and gown (regalia) by clicking here no later than March 30.
Your commencement regalia will be available for pickup on April 26. (Note: Payment for your cap and gown is not required until pickup.) For more information and bookstore hours, contact bookstore@wscc.edu or 740.568.1907.
Diplomas
Graduates will receive their diplomas at commencement. After final grades are processed, diplomas will be mailed to those unable to attend the ceremony.
